The APEX System is the members' area of Renato Negrelli's training method. Access is exclusive to students with an active subscription, purchased on the website. TRAINING PATHS Periodized hypertrophy and strength programs, organized into weeks and phases. Each session includes exercises, sets, repetitions, and target loads. You record what you did, and the app saves the history—load, volume, and progression throughout the cycle. A rest timer accompanies the session and notifies you when it's time to return. LIBRARY Ebooks and spreadsheets of the method, plus an exercise library with execution videos organized by muscle group. EVOLUTION Weight tracking, body measurements, and progress photos, with trend graphs. Complete training history, volume statistics, and achievements over time. COMMUNITY APEX student feed. Share a completed session, follow the ranking, and receive notifications from Renato. TOOLS Calculators for energy expenditure, basal metabolic rate, macronutrient distribution, hydration, and estimated maximum load. INTEGRATION WITH WEARABLES On iPhone, the app connects to Apple Health to provide heart rate, calories, sleep, and recovery data for your workout summary. Apple Watch support is also available during the session. ABOUT ACCESS This app does not sell anything. Subscription is done on the website, and access to the app is granted using the same email address used for the purchase. You log in with a code sent by email or with your password.
