Store description excerpt
Nobody decides to lose an hour to their phone. You just pick it up, and it's gone. Sisa puts someone you care about at exactly that moment. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your limits. Choose the apps that eat your day and how long you get. Add a schedule for the hours you want to protect, and it runs itself. Pick a soft lock you can tap through a few times a day, or a hard lock that holds for the whole schedule. 2. Pick your circle. Up to 50 people. Start a private circle with friends, or join a public one and find people working on the same thing. 3. Write each other a nudge. A short message from someone in your circle appears when you open an app you've limited. Not a counter. Not a graph. A person. A personal note from someone who cares interrupts the automatic reach for your phone, and gives you a second to choose intentionally. That second is the whole product. WHAT'S INSIDE - Focus battery: one number for how the day is actually going, not five charts you'll never open - Screen time: daily and weekly, broken down by category - Schedules: soft or hard limits that switch on and off by themselves - Circles: private and invite-only, or public and open to anyone - Nudges: private messages that land on the block screen, where the habit lives - Coach: the role rotates through your circle, so everyone gets a turn to say something - Streaks and milestones: for the days you show up WHAT SISA ISN'T Sisa is a self-control aid, not a cage. It's built on Apple's Screen Time features. A soft lock lets you tap through a limited number of times a day; a hard lock holds for the whole schedule. Either way you stay in control of your own settings. The point isn't to trap you, it's to turn an automatic moment into a deliberate one. It isn't a parental-control or monitoring app: you set your own limits, for yourself. It isn't medical or psychological advice. And it won't fix your habits on its own. Your circle just makes it easier to show up. PRIVACY Your screen time stays on your device. Your circle sees the messages you write them, never your app usage. SUBSCRIPTION Sisa is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, with a 7-day free trial on eligible plans, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The title, length and price of each option are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Terms of Service: https://sisa-app.com/terms Privacy Policy: https://sisa-app.com/privacy ## What's New First release. Set your own screen-time limits, pick a circle of up to 50 people, and write each other a message that shows up at the moment it counts.
