Key features • Assignment inbox with filters and search • Guided workflow: Acknowledge → In progress → Resolved → Closed • On-site capture: photos. • Automatic GPS tagging and task map • Push notifications for new or updated assignments • Multi-language UI (English, Arabic, Hebrew) How it works Reports are submitted by citizens via the Sirajk app. Inspectors receive tasks in Sirajk-Inspector, perform site checks, update statuses, and add evidence. Citizens are notified automatically when the status changes. Permissions • Location: to tag task locations and navigate on map • Camera/Microphone/Storage: to capture and attach evidence • Notifications: to alert inspectors about new or updated work Privacy & security • Role-based access; organization login required • Data encrypted in transit; attachments stored securely Requirements • Municipal/organization account with inspector role • Stable internet for sync (works offline between syncs) Note: Not for personal use.
