The SIPGN Beneficiary Application is the official application developed as part of the SIPGN (National Nutrition Fulfillment Information System) to support the implementation of the Free Nutritional Meals Program (MBG). This application is used by Beneficiary PICs as the primary means of managing participant data, monitoring MBG distribution, and reporting on program implementation in a digital, integrated, and accountable manner. The development of this application is supported by the National Nutrition Agency's regulations, which assign the Data and Information Systems Center (Pusdatin) as the information and technology management unit. This regulation serves as the basis for implementing a standardized, coordinated application system that supports the effective governance of the national nutrition fulfillment program across all working areas. Integrated within the SIPGN Ecosystem The SIPGN Beneficiary Application is integrated with various other modules within the SIPGN ecosystem to ensure data and process continuity, including: - Production Application, including Daily Product Planning (Menu Planner) and Cooking Process Management (Point of Production). - Procurement Management Application, including Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-based Supply Chain Management. - Distribution Application, which supports the assignment and tracking of MBG deliveries via Fleet. This integration enables data flow from menu planning, ingredient procurement, production processes, to MBG distribution and receipt to run synchronously and be monitored end-to-end. Main Application Features 1. Registration and Management of Beneficiary Data Facilitates the registration, verification, and updating of beneficiary data from schools, community health centers, and other related institutions. Data is integrated with Dukcapil and Dapodik to ensure the validity and accuracy of participant data. 2. Information and Notifications Provides important information regarding meal schedules, MBG distribution status, and other announcements through in-app notifications and push notifications. 3. Confirmation of MBG Acceptance and Attendance Supports confirmation of MBG acceptance or rejection, digitally recording participant attendance using Palm Vein Recognition (PVR) technology or manually, confirming MBG delivery and receipt, and recording tray returns. 4. Feedback and Reporting Enables Beneficiary Personnel (PICs) to provide feedback on food quality, delivery timeliness, and report any issues encountered during MBG implementation in the field. With comprehensive and integrated features, the SIPGN Beneficiary Application helps improve operational efficiency, data transparency, and the quality of the Free Nutritious Meal Program's implementation on an ongoing basis.
