Requires an individualized invite code from a participating department following an in-person movement screening to identify areas of increased injury risk. Tracks consistency with corrective exercise routines and overall movement progress over time, using your phone's camera with augmented reality to confirm each repetition was accurately performed rather than simply checked off. Sessions take ten minutes or less and are built to fit around a shift. Session video is processed on your device and never uploaded or stored. This app supports an exercise program prescribed by a licensed physical therapist. It does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice. Talk to your clinician before starting any exercise program, and stop if you experience pain.
