Store description excerpt

Most workout apps let you change the plan whenever you like. That sounds like freedom, and it's the reason most training goes nowhere. Progressive overload should always be the goal. Stop trying to 'surprise the muscle' and actually do some work. Simply Fit helps. You pick a split, name the lifts you're going to do, and commit. Once you've trained the program even once, it's locked — the same lifts, in the same order, until you've run a complete cycle. The only thing that moves is the weight. HOW IT WORKS Build a program. Full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs, or your own muscle-group split. Name every lift yourself, tag it with the muscle groups it trains and the equipment it uses, and set your target sets and reps. Commit to it. The app tells you exactly what you're agreeing to before you agree to it. After your first completed session the plan is fixed. Changing your mind means forking the program and starting a new one — your history stays attached to the old plan, because that's what makes it mean anything. Train. The workout screen shows what you lifted last time, not what you claim you are ready to lift now. Watch your numbers go up. Personal records follow the lift, not the program, so a PR survives every rollover. Already strong when you installed this? Type your record in and it counts from day one. DETAILS - Planned drop sets and to-failure rules, marked in the plan rather than remembered - Tier sets as a percentage of your top set, so the plan never prescribes an absolute weight - Pin three lifts and track their combined total - Pause a session and pick it up later; discard one that went wrong - Skip a lift without corrupting the weight you'll start at next time - Kilograms or pounds, switchable at any time, with nothing rewritten underneath - A month calendar of the days you actually trained WHAT IT DOESN'T DO No coaching. No AI. No streaks, badges, or notifications telling you that you're crushing it. It doesn't pick your weights, because it has no basis to. It won't sell your data — as there is no advertising and there never will be. Delete your account whenever you want, from inside the app. Everything goes with it. I built this more for myself and friends. With the goal of keeping it simple as possible. Enjoy!
