THE RECIPES 450 dinner recipes across 31 cuisines, from Greek and Turkish to Vietnamese, Mexican, Korean and Brazilian. They are built for real weeknights. Most take 45 minutes or less, over a hundred are done in 30, and every recipe is around seven clear steps with no unusual equipment. Most of the ingredients are ones you can buy in a normal supermarket. The variety is the point.
