Store description excerpt
Simple Stash is a fully on-device security vault that encrypts and stores sensitive documents — IDs, passports, credit cards, account details — locally on your phone. Bring the sensitive photos scattered across your gallery and cloud into one vault protected by a lock and strong encryption. No servers, no accounts, no ads. ■ Fully local — no unexpected cloud sharing · The app has no Internet permission at all. It never sends your data to any server. · Capture documents with the in-app camera; captures bypass the gallery/MediaStore, so they are never exposed to cloud photo backups. · Every image is stored with AES-256 encryption backed by the Android Keystore. ■ Strong lock · 4-digit PIN plus optional fingerprint unlock · Auto-locks the moment you leave the app · Blocks screenshots and the recent-apps preview ■ Share safely — mask what matters · Sharing and downloading happen only when you trigger them. · Cover sensitive parts with masking, then share the masked edit. · Edits are kept as separate versions, so you keep both the original and the masked copy. · Crop, rotate, and undo/redo while editing. ■ Organize · Create and edit your own item types (ID, card, account, document, and more). · Search by name and filter by type. ■ Backup & restore · Export your whole vault as an encrypted backup file (.ssvault) protected by its own password, and restore it on a new device. · You control where the backup file is stored. Simple Stash collects no data. Your documents stay on your device.
