Silo Dream is a 100% on-device image studio for macOS. Generate images from text and refine them with natural-language edits using FLUX.2 Klein on Apple MLX-Gen. KEY POINTS * 100% on-device — no cloud, no account, no data collected. * Text-to-image and instruction editing in one Editorial Dark studio. * Consent-gated model download runs in the background with progress and cancellation, then the model works fully offline. * The model picker reports each model's capabilities, device fit, and local runtime before you run it. WHAT IT IS NOT * Not a cloud renderer. Your prompts and images never leave your Mac. The only model-network activity is the optional first-run download you explicitly start. * This release ships one verified image model. Video and larger image models remain deferred until their memory, storage, licensing, and quality gates pass. FIRST RUN * Before your first generation, Silo Dream can download a pinned 4.62 GB MLX model over HTTPS with your consent. The studio remains responsive while it downloads, verifies every file with SHA-256, and publishes the model atomically. You can cancel, resume, or remove model files from Settings. PRICING * One-time purchase, $7.99 USD. No subscription and no in-app purchases.
