BRING YOUR OWN WAIVER Paste the release your attorney wrote, exactly as they wrote it. Signet never writes legal language — it collects and keeps signatures on the text you supply. Build the form from the fields you actually need: name, date of birth, email, phone, emergency contact, address, consent checkboxes, and per-section initials.
