EN & RO EN. Sighisoara CityApp is an application aimed at both tourists and locals that is dedicated to the Sighisoara city area, in Romania. The app offers detailed information on most attractive POIs and events in the area, as well as on existing local services (hotels, restaurants, shops, etc.). The content is updated real-time and is continuously subject to improving in order to provide accurate and relevant info. The current version of the Sighisoara CityApp contains the following themes: - Accommodation: places in Sighisoara city that offer accommodation to tourists (hotels, guest houses, campings, etc); - Gastronomy: places in Sighisoara that serve food and drinks; - Tourist attractions: places in and around Sighisoara that offer cultural and leisure activities (historical buildings, monuments, parks); - Tourist information: official tourist info points and offices where a tourist can get information on what to see and to do in and around the city of Sighisoara; - Public information: hospitals, pharmacies, police departments, etc; - In the surroundings: areas around Sighisoara where tourists can find events, sightseeings, etc.; - Festival and events: a list with details for upcoming festival and events; - Public transport: map with routes of Public transport; - Events: list with the events; - Shopping: the shops that are grouped by type; - Services (cityhall or the education institutions). All POIs contain relevant information (photos, text, address, telephone and cell phone number with the possibility to call using the call function of the device, email address with the possibility to send a message using the email function of the device, website, opening hours, location of the POIs shown on Google maps, routing options) Alphabetical and by distance sorting options are implemented. Also, various filtering options are available, according to the type of POIs. Language switch is available (Romanian, English) directly from the application. RO. Sighisoara CityApp este o aplicatie dedicata deopotriva turistilor si localnicilor, administrata de primaria orasului. Aplicatia promoveaza zona orasului Sighisoara, Romania. Aplicatia promoveaza informatiile referitoare la cele mai atractive puncte de interes si evenimente din zona, la servicii (hoteluri, restaurante, magazine, etc.). Continutul este in permanenta actualizat de primarie pentru a oferi informatii relevante si de actualitate. Versiunea actuala de Sighisoara CityApp contine urmatoarele teme: - Cazare: unitatile de cazare din Sighisoara (hoteluri, pensiuni, etc); - Gastronomie: locatii in Sighisoara unde se poate servi masa; - Obiective turistice: monumente, biserici, rezervatii naturale, parcuri; - Informatii turistice: puncte oficiale de informare turistica si birouri unde un turist poate obtine informatii despre ce sa vad si sa faca in si in jurul orasului Sighisoara; - Informatii publice: spitale, farmacii, sectii de politie etc. - Prin imprejurimi; zo
