Secure and Controlled Access The app utilizes ITS One Login, ensuring only authorized users can access it. Admins can define user roles and grant access to specific modules, maintaining a secure environment. 2. Haj Dashboard for Real-Time Insights A comprehensive dashboard provides live updates on flight arrivals, road travel, and the number of pilgrims present in Makkah and Madina. This graphical representation helps in efficient decision-making and coordination. 3. Transport Management Users can view flight manifests, filter data based on arrival locations, and check flight itineraries. The system also tracks passenger allocation across different buildings. 4. Fakkul Ehram Coordination A dedicated feature allows Masools (group leaders) to create and manage Fakkul Ehram groups, add members via ITS or Haj IDs, and communicate instantly via calls or WhatsApp. Real-time status updates, such as group arrivals in Haram, provide transparency and coordination. 5. Hizb (Group) Management The app lists all Hizbs with their building details, members, and Masools.
