Sifr (صفر, Arabic for "zero") is a calculator that's nice to use. It opens fast, needs no account or setup, and keeps to itself: no trackers, nothing leaves your phone. 🎨 Make it yours. Five themes ship in the box: Layl (deep navy glass), Bayan (bold ink color-blocking), Raqim (editorial serif), Farah (playful pills) and Mizan (machined). Each comes in light and dark, and on Android 12+ Material You can pull its colors from your wallpaper. There are four keypad layouts to choose from, too. 🧰 More than arithmetic. The Tools tab converts currencies (live when you're online, cached rates when you're not), converts units, splits a bill and figures the tip, and does date math. 📐 Scientific mode covers trigonometry and its inverses, logarithms, powers, roots and factorials, in degrees or radians. 📜 Every result lands on a running tape inside the display. Enable the tape in Settings, then tap any past result to drop it back into the keypad — or open the full history anytime. 🌍 Sifr speaks eleven languages: Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian, Turkish, Italian, Vietnamese, Russian and English. 🔇 Key sounds and haptics are there if you like them, and off by default if you don't. One last note on the name: sifr is the Arabic word for zero, a small tribute to the language that gave the world both the modern numerals and the idea of zero itself.
