Store description excerpt
Sideline Headset puts your whole coaching staff on one line. Press box to end zone, coordinator to position coach — everyone hears everyone, on the phones already in their pockets. No belt packs, no batteries to charge Friday afternoon, and no cable runs. SIGN IN AND YOU'RE ON There is no sign-up here. Headset uses your Sideline SideKick Tracker account and puts you on the staff you're already on — no invite codes, no team setup, no second roster to maintain. Coaching staff only; a parent following the team can't join the line. BUILT FOR A SIDELINE, NOT AN OFFICE • One screen. Going on the line is a mode, not a separate call to join. • The big button under your thumb never moves, so you can find it without looking. • Channels for offense, defense and special teams. • Breakouts — pull a few coaches aside for a series, then send them back. • A dispatch board showing who is on which channel as a shape, not a list. • Works with the earbuds you already wear. The screen can lock and the phone can go in your jacket; the line stays up. • If your phone takes the audio — a call, an alarm — the button turns orange and says NO MIC, so you're never talking into a dead microphone thinking you're heard. YOUR VOICE IS NEVER RECORDED Audio goes directly from one coach's phone to another, encrypted end to end. No server sits in the middle of the conversation, nothing is written to disk, and there is no way to play a conversation back. There is no recording feature because there is no recording code. WHAT YOU NEED Headset is free. It works with your team in Sideline SideKick Tracker, a separate app — sign in with the same account and you'll land on your staff. Your program needs an active SideKick Tracker subscription. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO Up to eight coaches on a channel. It needs a data connection — cell service or a shared hotspot. And it's a headset, not a stats app: Sideline SideKick Tracker is where the game gets logged.
