SIDAS Goniec is a mobile application designed for couriers (delivery workers), integrated with the courier dispatch module in the Outgoing Correspondence Register of the SIDAS EZD system. This solution provides comprehensive management of traditional parcel delivery via local letter carriers. It supports the work of field deliverers by efficiently assigning subsequent addresses and enabling the download of proof of delivery by either signing manually on a mobile device (e.g., using a stylus) or taking a photograph of a paper proof of delivery (e.g., a return receipt). From the dispatcher's perspective, SIDAS EZD supports coordination and management of forwarding by the dispatcher by planning and managing orders, designating the service area, deadline, and the couriers themselves.
