SIA enables intermediaries to better understand the existing and prospective risks of a commercial client. The information collected will not only aid in proactively advising clients but also introduces appropriate steps to minimize the risk of loss. The features available include the: ability to access and record a client’s policy information, aiding in appropriate and accurate risk profiling, with associated risk info through tools such as Google Maps prompting of upfront risk assessments, questionnaires and creating visual records of the risk with associated notes, Auto-generate client risk reports & distribute related policy documents Real-time access and update of relevant policy data to Santam’s Policy Administration System, as well as the Broker Portal. Important to note: - Users are required to log in with their existing Santam Policy Administration user accounts. - Intermediaries that do not have an agency with Santam will not be able to access the application - Users are able to work in online and offline modes. - All on-device policy and assessment data are encrypted. - The app requires access to the device’s camera, location and sufficient storage capacity. - Continued use of the GPS running in the background also dramatically decreases battery life.
