The Cimacan Regional Hospital employee mobile attendance application uses geotagging technology to accurately track employee attendance at each location and monitor it through a dashboard and timesheet. FEATURES: - Attendance In/Out This feature is used to record both incoming and outgoing attendance. Equipped with geotagging, when clocking in and out, not only the time of arrival but also the location of the absence is recorded. (Employees are only permitted to clock in within a 150-meter radius of the hospital, and for employees assigned to outside assignments, the location of the absence will be recorded at the exact point where the employee was absent.) Furthermore, to ensure accuracy, employees are also required to take a selfie at the check-in location. - Performance Data Each employee can monitor their own and their subordinates' attendance and attendance performance. - Activity Reports AA Manjur also features activity reports, both in the form of summaries and detailed reports, for the duration of the employee's assignment. This feature is especially useful for employees on out-of-office assignments, allowing their superiors to directly monitor the activities of their subordinates during their out-of-office assignments. Reports can be accompanied by attachments in the form of documents or images. - Leave & Sick Leave The process of requesting and approving leave, whether for sick leave, urgent leave, annual leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave, or long leave, can be done directly within the mobile application anytime and anywhere. Each employee's remaining leave can also be monitored in real time. - Out of Service Orders This feature allows superiors to issue direct orders to their subordinates to undertake out of service and monitor their subordinates' locations and activities through out-of-service attendance and reports. - Shift Changes This feature allows superiors to make changes or additions to shifts for subordinates if changes or additional shifts are needed. - Multi-User Types (Privileges are adjusted for each user type) Multi-user types allow the system to assign different privileges to each type. For example, who can request leave and who can approve it. The intended user types are divided into three: Staff Supervisor (Direct Supervisor) HR - Attendance Performance Dashboard per Department per Employee Supervisors and HR are provided with a dashboard in the application directly in the form of a Time Sheet, allowing them to monitor their subordinates' attendance performance in real time. - Notifications This feature makes it easier for users to follow up on matters such as incoming leave requests, their approval or rejection, external business orders, etc.
