Store description excerpt
Shredded scores your abs from a photo, then builds the training and nutrition plan to improve it. HOW IT WORKS Take a scan. Shredded reads your midsection and returns a Shred Score out of 100, an estimated body fat range, and a breakdown of upper abs, lower abs, obliques, symmetry and V-taper. Get your plan. Your score decides what you train. Sessions run 10, 15 or 20 minutes and focus on the regions actually holding your score back. Train and log. Every exercise opens to its target, your previous result, a form guide and a demonstration video. Targets rise from what you logged last time, not from a calendar. Eat to the number. Photograph a meal and get calories and protein back. Your daily targets are calculated from your own body, goal and training. Watch it move. Scan again each week and see the score, the trend, and the two photos side by side. WHAT IT IS NOT Shredded gives fitness estimates, not medical measurements. It does not diagnose or treat anything. SUBSCRIPTION Shredded requires a paid subscription to use. Weekly and annual plans are available, shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
