Then the next appointment starts, and by 9pm half of it is gone. ShowingIQ fixes that in about thirty seconds. HOW IT WORKS 1. Finish the showing, get back in the car, and tap Record. 2. Talk for about thirty seconds. What they liked, what they did not, what you promised, what happens next. 3. ShowingIQ writes it up. You get a clean recap of the showing plus a follow-up email and text draft addressed to that client. You read the draft, change anything you want, and send it from your own Mail or Messages app. ShowingIQ never sends a message for you and never contacts your clients on its own. It opens your composer with the draft already filled in, and you decide whether to hit send. WHAT YOU GET FROM EACH NOTE A structured recap: the property, your client's reaction, the objections that came up, and the next steps you said out loud. A follow-up email draft with a subject line, written in a professional tone you can send as is or rewrite in your own words. A shorter text version for the clients who answer faster by SMS. Your signature block, set up once in Settings, added to every new draft. ORGANIZED BY CLIENT Every note files itself under the client you mentioned. Open a client and you see every showing you have logged with them, in order, so Monday morning prep takes ten seconds instead of ten minutes. ShowingIQ also puts a simple status badge on each client based on what you have been dictating, from BROWSING through ACTIVE and HOT to OFFER READY, and reminds you about the clients you have not touched in a while. LISTEN BEFORE YOU SEND Tap play and ShowingIQ reads the draft out loud, so you can proof a follow-up with your eyes on the road or while you walk into the next appointment. BUILT FOR HOW AGENTS ACTUALLY WORK No account to create. Open the app and record. There is no sign-up form and no password. Recording keeps going if your screen locks, so you can talk while you drive. A recipient confirmation screen appears before any pre-filled message opens, so a draft never goes to the wrong person. Optional: allow contacts access and ShowingIQ will look up the client name you spoke and fill in their email or phone for you. That lookup runs on your device only, your address book is never uploaded, and the app works fully without it. PRIVACY Your recording is uploaded so it can be transcribed and written up, then it is deleted after 90 days. The resulting text stays in your history until you delete it.
