Instant booking and contact-first modes are available per session type, and the whole page is styled to blend with your website. Read-only: ShootCal never changes your books. Contracts Your Clients E-Sign Create a wedding, family, or custom agreement from a built-in template, prefilled with the client, date, and package. Share the signing link and track it from draft to signed. Golden Hour on Autopilot Set a session to start before sunset or after sunrise and ShootCal schedules it automatically, with sun times right on the calendar. Studio-hours and fixed-time modes cover indoor work. AI Calendar Import Scan your calendar and build your client list automatically, with each client matched to a session type and their booking history. You review everything before it is saved. Custom Session Types Reusable presets for families, seniors, minis, engagements, weddings, real estate, and more. Each has its own timing, booking rules, price, and cover photo on your booking page. Deposit Tracking + Client Emails Green paid / red unpaid right on the calendar. Connect Wave or QuickBooks Online and a paid invoice marks the deposit received for you. Optional confirmation emails when a deposit is received, and automatic reminder emails before sessions, sent from your own Gmail. Clients in Google Contacts Names, emails, and booking history live under a "ShootCal Clients" label in your Google Contacts. Synced everywhere, never locked in.
