ShipHit Team is the internal operations app for the ShipHit logistics network. It gives pickup executives, sales associates, and managers one place to run their day — assignments, navigation, proof of pickup, and shipment status — so field and back-office teams stay in sync. Access is limited to authorized ShipHit personnel. Accounts are provisioned by ShipHit and there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Run sheet and pickup assignments See the pickups assigned to you, with customer name, address, contact details, and parcel information. New assignments arrive as push notifications, so nothing waits on a manual refresh. Navigation to pickup locations Built-in maps route you to each address and follow your progress, without switching between apps. Capture pickup details on site Record actual weight and package count, and attach photos of the parcel, the weight reading, and the paperwork straight from your device. Uploads run in the background while you keep working. Booking and rescheduling Book a new pickup, check rate cards, and reschedule an existing pickup when a customer's plans change. Search and filter shipments Search across shipments and filter by status to find a specific consignment in seconds. Manifests and payments Review incoming manifests, vendor details, and whether a shipment's payment is pending or settled. Role-based access Everyone sees only what their role requires. Supported roles are Pickup Executive, Sales Associate, Manager, and Administrator.
