ShiftTracker is the on-shift app for officers, operatives and frontline workers in security, facilities, and any business that runs around the clock. Sign in with the credentials your employer or agency issues, and run your whole shift from one place: check your rota, confirm you're at the right post, answer welfare calls, and file reports without chasing paperwork. From book-on to book-off, every shift stays accountable. WHAT YOU CAN DO See your rota and upcoming shifts, with full site and assignment details. Book on and off with geofencing that confirms you're at the correct post before your shift starts. Respond to scheduled welfare check-calls and lone-worker check-ins through your shift. Submit incident reports, patrol logs and site checklists, with photos and video attached. Work offline — forms save to your device and sync the moment you're back online. Get operational broadcasts and notifications straight from your control room. Request and track leave, submit applications, and work through screening and vetting steps. Manage your profile, including any licence details, and your shift notifications. ACCOUNT REQUIRED ShiftTracker is provided by your employer or staffing agency, so you can't create an account yourself. Sign in with the username and password your organisation issues. The app is free to you; your employer manages the platform. WHY THE APP USES PERMISSIONS Location (while using the app): so geofenced book-on, book-off and check-call verification can confirm you're at the correct post during your shift. Location is captured only when you take one of these actions — never in the background, and never to track you off duty. Camera and photos: so you can capture and attach images and video to incident reports and checklists. Notifications: so you receive shift reminders, check-call alerts and control-room broadcasts. IMPORTANT Welfare check-calls and lone-worker check-ins are a workplace welfare coordination tool. They are not an emergency or personal-safety service, and they don't replace calling 999 or following your site's emergency procedures. Data is UK-hosted and handled in line with UK GDPR.
