Every kilometre you drive for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or Instacart is money back at tax time — but only if you can prove it. ShiftTally keeps the logbook the CRA expects, and works out the deduction for you. TRACK YOUR DRIVES Start a shift and ShiftTally records the distance in the background. Turn on Auto-Detect and it notices a drive on its own. Every drive arrives untagged until you mark it business or personal, so nothing is claimed that you did not confirm. Add drives by hand any time. FILE YOUR RECEIPTS Photograph a receipt and it is filed against the expense, categorised the way the T2125 expects. Camera metadata is stripped before anything is stored. KNOW YOUR REAL EARNINGS Gross pay is not take-home pay. ShiftTally subtracts your expenses and the cost of the kilometres you drove, so you can see what a shift actually paid. BUILT FOR THE CRA Line 9281 motor vehicle expenses, worked out from your business-use percentage and odometer readings. A set-aside ledger that tells you what to hold back for taxes and instalments. A GST/HST panel that tells you whether you need to register and what you owe each quarter. Export any year as a PDF report or a CSV. WORKS WHERE YOU DRIVE Full offline support — log a drive in an underground garage and it syncs when you surface. Sign in and your records follow you to a new phone. YOUR LOCATION STAYS YOURS Your GPS coordinates are never uploaded. Your account holds the distance of a drive, not a trail of where you went. Figures in ShiftTally are arithmetic on what you enter.
