HEALTH APP SYNC ShiftSetGo syncs with Health Connect to keep your measurements in one place. It reads weight, body fat, and lean body mass that you have recorded in other apps or on any smart scale, so those entries show up in your ShiftSetGo progress automatically. It also writes your ShiftSetGo weigh-ins back to Health Connect so your data stays consistent across your other health apps.
