Shift Calendar is a personal schedule planner for nurses, factory teams, rail and utility workers, retail staff, security teams, and anyone working rotating or irregular shifts. Choose a schedule image from Photos or take a picture, then use on-device text recognition to find the relevant row. Review each mapped shift before saving it to your calendar. The app does not permanently retain the selected source image. Key features: • Add shifts manually or generate rotations such as two days, two nights, two days off • Keep multiple work segments on one day and model overnight shifts accurately • Record changes, leave, and overtime while preserving the original plan for restoration • Configure wake-up, leave, and shift-start local notifications • See the next shift and upcoming schedule in Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets • Add one partner or family schedule locally and compare shared rest days • Review work days, rest days, planned hours, nights, overtime, and changes • Export CSV or ICS files, and create or restore a complete JSON backup Shift Calendar works without an account. Your schedule stays on your device, and all current features are available after download. Always review scanned results before saving. This is a personal schedule tool, not an employer scheduling, attendance, payroll, or legal-compliance system.
