That thinking almost always lands with one person, without anyone deciding it should. shary makes it visible and splits it between the two of you. WHAT IT DOES ON ITS OWN Add your child with a name and a date of birth, and shary works out what is coming up over the next twelve months: check-ups, vaccinations, official deadlines, seasonal things. You see the whole plan on day one. You do not enter any of it. Over 80 such rules run in the background, matched to your country. They arrive when they are due, not when you happen to think of them. BUILT FOR TWO One parent creates a household, the other joins by scanning a code or opening a link. From then on you both see the same thing. Whatever one of you adds is instantly on both phones, without anyone having to pass it on. You can hand a task to the other person with a swipe, or ask whether they will take it. Nobody keeps score. There are no points and no pressure, just a quiet view of how it is spread. WHAT ELSE IS IN THERE, AT NO EXTRA COST - An emergency sheet as a PDF: allergies, doctor, contacts on one page for the babysitter - Weekly drop-off and pick-up plan, settled once instead of every Sunday evening - Meal plan for the week, with ingredients moving onto the shopping list in one tap - Packing lists that stay, so the next trip does not start from scratch - Morning and evening routines - Passport and ID expiry dates, with a reminder about two months ahead - Birthdays with the gift idea attached, so it is still there in November - Sizes and growth, for whoever is standing in the shop - A shared shopping list, with voice input for when your hands are full NO ACCOUNT, NO EMAIL, NO PASSWORD You never sign up. Your household is connected by an invite code, nothing else. Health data is stored and transmitted encrypted, on a server in Austria. No ads, no tracking, nothing passed on to anyone. WHAT IT COSTS 30 days free, without an account and without payment details, so we could not charge you even if we wanted to. After that one subscription covers the whole household, not each device: from 1.67 euros a month. Anyone who joins by invite pays nothing extra. If the subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Everything stays visible and exportable, only new entries and reminders pause. WHY IT EXISTS The idea came from my wife. She was the first to name what was going wrong for us. I did not understand it at first, because I thought we were splitting the work anyway. Until it dawned on me what it is really about: not the work itself, but having to remember it. We use shary every day, which is why only things that actually take something off your plate end up in it.
