ShadeTree HR is the native iPhone app for authorized employees, managers, and HR administrators. It brings daily timekeeping and employee self-service into one clear, role-based experience. Employees can: • Clock in and out from a prominent Home card • Review timecards and work activity • View time-off balances and submit requests • Find and read the Employee Handbook and company policies • View assigned documents and signature status • Check company holidays • Ask HR questions and review source-backed answers A medium or large Home Screen widget shows current clock status and the next available action. Every punch uses a separate confirmation step to help prevent accidental clock-ins or clock-outs. Managers can review assigned employee timecards, handle approvals, and access team tools based on their permissions. HR administrators receive a dedicated people and administration workspace. Screens and actions are controlled by the user's employer-assigned role and access. Available features depend on employer settings and the access assigned to each account. ShadeTree HR is for authorized workforce use. Accounts are issued by the employer; public sign-up is not available. The app has no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. An internet connection is required for current HR data and timekeeping.
