Operation is a mobile operations management tool for SGRecycle's fleet of smart recycling machines (Reverse Vending Machines / RVMs) and food waste collection devices deployed in the field. It enables operations staff and field technicians to: Monitor — view real-time device health, online/offline status, bin fill levels, and hardware component status (PLC, cameras, sensors, conveyors, etc.) for each device Configure — remotely manage settings for L88/L100/L135/HM device models, including pricing, payment methods, print tickets, ads, holiday schedules, timezone, language, UI pages, weight calibration, and server connectivity Control — trigger remote actions such as camera snapshots, relay/power switching, sorter control, OTA firmware upgrades, and device reboots Manage ads — upload and schedule full-screen advertisements and device screen content Fleet operations — scan QR/barcodes for quick device lookup, view device locations on Google Maps, manage configuration templates for mass deployment, and review user feedback Key integrations include Google Maps, real-time WebSocket streaming, barcode/QR scanning, camera/audio/video capture, and multilingual support (Chinese/English/French).
