Apostolic Management System (SGA) is a comprehensive management platform for apostolic congregations and churches, developed by Mckakos SAS (Portoviejo, Ecuador). It allows pastors, secretaries, and local leaders to manage membership, finances, and reports directly from their phones. It is currently deployed for the Apostolic Evangelical Church of the Name of Jesus — Ecuador (IEAN JESUS) as the primary institutional installation. This is a restricted-access application: only individuals with active Apostolic Management System (SGA) credentials—issued by the corresponding deployment administrator—can log in. LOCAL SECRETARY MODULE Maintain complete control of your congregation: • Membership — Register, view, and update the membership roster with photos and contact information • Family — Manage family units • Baptism — Official baptismal records • Transfers — Membership transfers between congregations • Offices — Assign and view church offices • Pastors — Updated directory of pastors • Sectors — Sector management • DLP / FRULP — Preaching location forms with attached photos • Users — Manage authorized users LOCAL FINANCE MODULE Control finances with order and transparency: • Collections — Income with a breakdown by category, including general collections, invoicing, and IESS contributions • Receipts — Attach a photo of the payment receipt to each record • Invoicing Report — View all receipts and export to PDF • Aid Reports — Detailed reports by type: General, National, Women, Secular Education, Sunday School, Youth, Missions, Social Work, District, and CAM • Local Statistics — Charts and tables exportable to PDF • Transfers — Registration and query of financial transfers • Aid Codes — Quick lookup of current codes • Deacons — Management of the local diaconate PDF REPORT GENERATION All reports are generated with a preview, print option, and can be shared directly from the device. Aid reports are in A4 landscape format. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • Login with SGA credentials against the official deployment API • Encrypted authentication token on the device (EncryptedSharedPreferences) • Option to stay logged in • Communication exclusively over HTTPS (TLS) • Does not share data with third parties, does not integrate advertising or tracking REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION The app connects to the configured institutional backend.
