Enrolled students and parents can securely log in for personalized updates. Our History During the tenure of Fr. Michael Balawan SDB as Parish Priest of Nongthymmai parish, the Roman Catholic Primary School (RCLP) was opened in 1976 and later renamed M.E. school. He regularly visited the school, encouraging students to attend and study well. St. Francis de Sales Secondary School, Mawryngkneng, was earlier known as RCLP school, Mawnang-Mawryngkeng. Started in 1966 by Fr. Usai SDB, it was upgraded to an upper primary school by Fr. Michael Balawan SDB in 1974. Before the arrival of the MSFS in 2003, the school already operated from Nursery to Class VIII. Upon their arrival, the MSFS renamed the school and upgraded it to Class X. Today, it proudly hosts 320 students and 17 teaching staff (including 2 Salvatorian sisters). In 2014, the school was regularised and officially granted affiliation by the MBOSE (Meghalaya Board of Secondary Education).
