Store description excerpt

Two classic card games in one app. Quick to learn, easy to play, and just as good on your own as against a friend online. SEVEN UP Race to reveal all seven of your cards, Ace through Seven. Both players are dealt 7 cards from a standard 52-card deck, laid face down in a row, with the rest of the deck in a pile in the centre. On your turn you take a card and try to reveal an Ace to Seven of any suit, then place it in its matching spot in your row. Ace is one, Seven is seven. The first player to get all seven cards face up in order wins the round. Simple to pick up, surprisingly tense to finish. PALACE Even easier to learn. There are only three things to know: 1. Play a card equal to or higher than the top of the pile. 2. Can't play? Pick up the pile. 3. Get rid of all your cards to win. That is the entire game, and you will have it after one hand. The twists come later. A couple of special cards can reset the pile or clear it away completely, and the three face-up cards in front of you are the ones you play last, so choosing them well matters more than you would expect. Easy to learn, tricky to master. Palace is also known as Shed, Karma, and Last Man Standing in different parts of the world.
