That makes Setvora useful in gyms with poor signal, home setups, travel workouts, and focused training blocks where you do not want a fragile cloud dependency. Setvora includes routine cards, custom exercise notes, muscle group filters, quick start, active session recovery, set completion controls, rest timer actions, recent personal bests, weekly volume, import and export JSON, reset data, and clear empty states when you are starting fresh.
