ASSIGNED CARE AND VISITS View assigned residents, care tasks and scheduled domiciliary visits, including who you are supporting and when care is due. CARE NOTES Record clear, timely care notes at the point of care directly from your phone. MEDICATION RECORDS Record medication administered and note medication that was missed or refused, helping maintain an accurate, up-to-date record for each person receiving care. INCIDENT REPORTING Log accidents and incidents at the point of care so your organisation has the information needed to respond and maintain accurate records. SECURE ACCESS ServPatch data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Role-based access helps ensure staff only see information relevant to their role and care organisation.
