The official ServiceUnion emergency service app for customers. Report faults, track ticket status, and get help quickly in emergencies – all in one place. With the app, customers can conveniently report faults via smartphone. Whether it's an electrical outage, a CHP unit problem, or a maintenance request – a ticket is created in just a few steps and forwarded directly to the responsible technician. Photos from the camera or gallery can be attached to describe the problem as precisely as possible. For urgent faults, an emergency ticket is available, which is given immediate priority and alerts the emergency service. This ensures that acute problems are addressed as quickly as possible. The current status of each ticket can be viewed at any time. New comments from technicians, status changes, and important updates are sent directly to the smartphone via push notification. This way, customers don't miss anything and always know the status of their request. The app supports all ServiceUnion locations: Bannberscheid, Merkendorf, Bodensee, Pritzwalk, Rendsburg, Ahaus-Wuellen, Neustadt, and Sangerhausen.
