Service Link Ops is the internal operations app for Service Link Commercial employees and contractors. It replaces paper timecards, phone-call dispatch, and disconnected spreadsheets with one tool that runs on every technician's phone. WHAT IT DOES • Clock-in / clock-out with GPS verification at the job site • Daily route view: today's stops, addresses, notes, customer contact • Start and complete job tasks with signature and photo capture • Create and submit timecards that flow straight into payroll • Receive job assignments and schedule changes as push notifications • Works in dead zones once you're clocked in: photos, on-site updates, break events, and GPS breadcrumbs save on the device and upload automatically when you're back online (clock-in and clock-out require connectivity for accurate time-keeping) WHO IT'S FOR Service Link Ops is an internal business tool distributed to Service Link Commercial employees and approved contractors. It is not intended for use by the general public. A Service Link account is required to sign in. WHY PERMISSIONS ARE REQUESTED Location is captured only at clock-in, clock-out, and job start/complete events to verify work was performed at the correct property. The camera is used only when the technician initiates a photo. Push notifications deliver job assignments and schedule updates. See the in-app Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
