servereye is designed for Managed Service Providers, system integrators, IT departments, and anyone who wants to keep track of their monitored infrastructure while on the go. A servereye account is required. The servereye app is the mobile app for your IT monitoring on your smartphone. Keep an eye on sensors, systems, and customers while you're out and about – with push alerts, the Wall, and the OCC. THE WALL – STATUS AT A GLANCE The Wall displays the current status of your sensors. Color-coded status bars, search, and filters for customer, status, sensor, or system help you quickly find errors. SENSOR DETAILS Tap on a sensor to view measurements, checks, and history – from CPU load to ping latency. If needed, open the same sensor directly in the OCC. OCC ON THE GO The Online Control Center (OCC) is integrated into the app: alerts from the last few hours, open faults, uninitialized sensors, and an overview of customers, systems, and sensors. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Push alerts and optional in-app notifications. The history displays notifications from the last 24 hours, week, or month. SECURE AND PERSONAL Log in with email, password, and optional two-factor authentication. The app lock provides additional protection via fingerprint, face, or device PIN. Light and dark modes are included.
