Store description excerpt
SENSE is the official national self-exclusion scheme for all land-based casinos in Great Britain, and enables people who are experiencing gambling problems, or otherwise wish to take a break from gambling, to exclude themselves from all British casino venues with one simple application. The free SENSE app enables customers to enrol themselves directly onto the scheme without having to visit a casino to enrol in person. Self-exclusion on SENSE applies for a minimum period of six-months across all licenced casinos in Great Britain, up to a maximum extended period of twelve months. Exclusions can then either be removed or otherwise renewed during the six-month period thereafter before otherwise expiring. To enrol using the SENSE app, customers only need to provide some basic personal information along with a photo of themselves and a government issued ID documents (such as a passport or driving licence). These photos can be easily taken directly into the app using your phone or tablet. Copies of any ID documents used in the application will then be deleted as soon as SENSE has used them to confirm the personal details otherwise provided are correct. By enrolling onto SENSE, customers are agreeing to their data being shared with all licenced casinos in Great Britain to help them prevent entry whilst excluded, in accordance with the SENSE Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, both of which can be downloaded from the SENSE website www.senseselfexclusion.com
