SIP (Semarang Public Information) is a public information service application provided by the Semarang City Government that facilitates quick, easy, and transparent access to information and documentation for the public. This application was developed as part of the services provided by the Semarang City Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), which is responsible for storing, documenting, providing, and serving information within the Semarang City Government. In its implementation, the Semarang City PPID is supported by Assistant PPIDs located in various Regional Apparatus Organizations, Work Units, Regional Companies, and Villages. Through SIP, the public can gain more practical access to public information services, submit information requests, and manage various official documentation managed by the Semarang City Government. SIP demonstrates the Semarang City Government's commitment to ensuring public information transparency, improving service quality, and strengthening transparent relations between the government and the public.
