Semagem HR is a mobile-first workforce attendance and scheduling platform for businesses with one or more locations. Employees clock in and out from their phone, with optional face recognition and GPS geofencing to verify identity and that they're on-site. Managers and admins build shift schedules on a calendar, review attendance, export reports, and manage their team across multiple organizations with role-based access (admin, manager, employee). Onboarding is flexible: invite members by email or share a reusable, expiring join link, and bulk-import shifts from a CSV template. The app supports English and Chinese, light and dark themes, and is available as both a responsive web app and a native iOS app — with native keyboard handling, haptics, durable storage, camera and location permissions, and in-app account deletion for app-store compliance.
