Platform Disclaimer SellNow NP is a peer-to-peer marketplace operated by Su Indra Groups Pvt. Ltd. We provide an online platform that enables buyers and sellers across Nepal to connect and communicate. SellNow is not the buyer, seller, owner, reseller, or broker of any products listed on the platform. Transaction Responsibility SellNow facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction conducted through the platform. We do not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow services, store products, or arrange deliveries unless explicitly stated for a specific service. All negotiations, payments, inspections, deliveries, and exchanges are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller. Product Verification For your safety, buyers should always: Personally inspect and verify the product before making any payment. Confirm the product's condition, authenticity, and functionality. Verify the seller's identity whenever possible. Meet in a safe public location when exchanging products. Avoid making advance payments unless they fully trust the seller. Our Role SellNow provides marketplace features such as product listings, messaging, seller verification (where applicable), reporting tools, and account management to help create a safer marketplace. However, users remain responsible for their own buying and selling decisions and should exercise appropriate caution when interacting with others. Limitation of Liability As a marketplace platform, SellNow NP is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or agreements made between buyers and sellers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Su Indra Groups Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for disputes, fraud, counterfeit products, product defects, financial losses, non-delivery, damages, or any other issues arising from transactions conducted directly between users. Report Suspicious Activity If you encounter fraudulent activity, suspicious listings, or users who violate our policies, please report them through the app or contact our support team. We investigate reported violations and may take appropriate action, including removing listings or restricting user accounts, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
