Store description excerpt
Some parts of you push hard. Some hold back. Some carry things from a long time ago. Selfease is a quiet, voice-guided space to meet them — one at a time, in your own words, without needing to type a thing. Inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness, Selfease walks you through a gentle spoken session: settle in, take a brief glimpse into calm awareness, and then get curious about whatever part of you is asking for attention today. You speak; Selfease listens and guides. When you're done, it saves what you learned to your own private map of parts, so trust builds a little more each time you return. WHAT A SESSION FEELS LIKE - Settle and arrive with a short grounding moment - A brief "glimpse" practice to drop beneath the noise - Meet one part with curiosity: where you feel it, what it does for you, what it's afraid of - Close by thanking it and letting your attention widen back out - Everything is spoken aloud — you can keep your eyes closed the whole time VOICE-FIRST, HANDS-FREE Selfease is built to be used with your phone face-down or your eyes closed. The whole session runs by voice, so nothing pulls you back into a screen. Say "pause" or "stop" any time. BUILD YOUR INNER MAP Each session adds to a private gallery of the parts you've met — where they live in the body, what they protect, and how your relationship with them grows over time. No streaks. No pressure. Just a map that deepens as you do. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your reflections stay on your device. No account required. No audio recordings stored. Delete everything any time. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone curious about inner work, parts work, self-discovery, journaling, or mindfulness — whether you're new to IFS or already familiar with parts, protectors, and Self. Selfease is a self-reflection companion, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, it will point you toward real support. A calmer relationship with yourself doesn't come from fixing what's "wrong." It comes from turning toward what's here — with a little more warmth, and a little more ease.
