Seldom is a calm app blocker that turns your iPhone back into a useful tool. Choose the few apps and websites you genuinely need. When Seldom is active, those essentials remain available while other supported apps and websites meet a calm blocking screen and a simple reminder: “My attention is my life.” Start a flexible, committed, or locked session for 30 minutes, one hour, two hours, or until you turn it off. Recurring schedules can start and end Quiet Mode automatically, even after Seldom is closed. Eligible sessions include a deliberate 5, 10, or 20 minute break that ends automatically. A private progress view records your protected time, daily streak, and deliberate interruptions without sending anything off your iPhone. Keep the default reminder or write a private mantra that appears only on the blocking screen. Seldom is private by design: no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. Your choices stay on your iPhone. Optional iPhone settings for notification silence and grayscale are kept separate and clearly explained.
