WHAT YOU CAN DO - See exactly what you owe and when it is due, with no guessing - Open every monthly bill and see how the total was worked out - rent, electricity, late fee and any adjustment as separate lines - Pay by UPI in one tap. The app opens your own UPI app with your owner's UPI ID and the correct amount already filled in - Download a numbered receipt for every payment you have made - Keep your full payment history, so there is never an argument about what was paid - Raise a complaint with photos and follow it as your owner responds - Read notices your owner sends to the property, your floor, or you personally - Submit your vacate notice from the app and see your settlement when you leave HOW TO GET IN Your owner adds you to the property using your phone number. Sign in with that same number and a one-time code - there is nothing to register and no password to remember. ABOUT PAYMENTS The app does not take or hold your money. Paying by UPI hands you over to your own UPI app, and the transfer goes directly to your owner. The app only records what has been paid so both of you have the same history. LANGUAGES English and Hindi, switchable from Settings. Owners of a property use the companion app, Sejal's Property Owner.
