The Responsible School Management System is an application developed to provide greater transparency and proximity between students, families and the Education Network. With it, it is possible to access detailed information about students' school life, allowing more effective monitoring of academic performance and attendance. The main features of the application are: • Grades and Report Card: View grades for academic periods and generate qualitative and quantitative report cards in PDF format. • School Attendance: Track student attendance in real time, including daily records, percentage of absences by subject and identification of justified or unexcused absences. • Timetable: Consult class schedules and the teachers responsible for each subject. • School Calendar: View the school unit's official school year schedule, with monthly and annual viewing options. • Didactic Activities: Download and view support materials provided by teachers. • News and Announcements: Receive information from the Department of Education, Regional Education and School Units, with real-time notifications and the option to confirm reading. • School Information: Consult data on school units, such as address, telephone number, management team and other relevant information. • Unified Access: The same username and password allow the person responsible to monitor all students under their supervision. • Enrollment: Access the enrollment module directly through the application.
