SeeWell reminds you to step away from the screen, then guides you through a short break. Each break is two to five minutes and moves through three areas: EYES Guided focus-shifting exercises that move your gaze near, far and around the screen edges. Fourteen variations so it does not become repetitive. BODY Neck rolls, shoulder rolls, seated twists, chest openers and back stretches — all doable in a desk chair, without standing up or changing clothes. BREATH Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing and a short body scan, paced by an animated orb you follow. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Set your own interval and active hours, so nothing fires before you start work or after you finish. Or let SeeWell space breaks out automatically based on how long you have had the app open. YOUR PROGRESS Streaks, a daily goal and a weekly breakdown across eyes, body and breath — all built from breaks you actually completed. SOUND, OR NOT Six calm soundscapes — ocean, rainfall, forest, mountain stream, night crickets, calm tones — plus soft chimes marking each step. Both switch off in one tap. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your profile, schedule and history are stored on your device. SeeWell has no access to your camera, microphone or photos, and cannot see what other apps you use or what is on your screen. Sign in with Apple, or with an email and password. SeeWell is a break reminder and guided exercise app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition.
