Secure OTP by Nexi implements 2FA for accessing Nexi Payments applications. Secure OTP by Nexi is a two-factor authentication App that adds a second layer of security while accessing Nexi Payments S.p.A. messaging application and web portal. This works by generating one-time passwords on your mobile device which can be used in conjunction with your account credentials to make your login nearly impossible to hack. It implements Time-based One-time Passwords (TOTP) as specified in RFC 6238. Special features: Support for multiple accounts simultaneously, each with distinct OTP token Protect your OTP token with personal password Automatic secure configuration through scan of QR code with encrypted content Generate codes even in airplane mode Steps to use: Enroll OTP token for your account by scanning the QR code provided by the Nexi Payments application/portal (or manually enter the seed) Define your private password to protect each OTP token At every access to the Nexi Payments application/portal, input your OTP token password in the App and get your OTP Then simply input the OTP generated into Nexi Payments application/portal Supported products: SIAnet.XS Portal Smart Integrator Standard
