Use your existing Twilio business number for client calls, SMS/MMS, and voicemail on your iPhone. Keep everyday business conversations together with contacts, recent calls, and voicemail playback. WHAT YOU NEED An upgraded Twilio account and a compatible Twilio phone number are required. Voice and messaging availability depend on your number, Twilio configuration, and carrier support. A Secure Dialer subscription is required for access. Twilio bills number rental and usage separately; these charges are not included in your Secure Dialer subscription. Manage your subscription in your Apple Account settings. CALL FROM YOUR BUSINESS NUMBER Make and receive calls using a number owned by your Twilio account. Reach saved contacts, keep favorites close, and return calls from your recent history. Use familiar mute, hold, speaker, and keypad controls during calls. KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING Send and receive SMS and MMS where supported by your Twilio number and configuration. Review message threads and call a contact from the conversation. CATCH UP ON VOICEMAIL View voicemail, play messages, and read transcripts when available. Keep track of calls you missed and follow up when you are ready. CONNECT TWILIO WITH CONTROL Secure Dialer uses dedicated, revocable Twilio access. Your master Twilio Auth Token goes directly from your iPhone to Twilio and is not sent to the Secure Dialer backend or saved. Secure Dialer is not a replacement for telephone service and never routes 911 through Twilio. Entering 911 offers a confirmed handoff to the iPhone Phone app for the device and cellular carrier to handle.
