Securdia Mobile brings your organisation's safety work into one app. Raise a personal alarm, send a coordinated alert to the colleagues who need it, and keep your routine documents within reach. What appears when you sign in is what your organisation has enabled, and nothing else. Securdia Mobile: COORDINATED ALERTS Some situations are not a personal emergency but still need the right people to know now. An evacuation. A threatening visitor in reception. A resident who cannot be found. Securdia Mobile is built for those. Your organisation defines alarm categories. Each one carries a name, a short instruction and the groups it reaches. You open a category, see who it will reach, hold to send, and it goes out. WHAT RECIPIENTS GET • A critical notification that breaks through silent mode and Do Not Disturb • The instruction for that category, first thing on screen • The attached routine document, ready to open • A voice channel they can join with one tap • An event chat, so a responder can talk and write at the same time Colleagues who do not use the app can receive the alert as SMS. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MEANS SEEN When someone acknowledges, it says they have seen the alert. It does not say they are on their way. We keep that distinction everywhere in the app, because the response procedure belongs in your own routines and not in ours. ROUTINE DOCUMENTS THAT OPEN WITHOUT COVERAGE Documents are linked to categories and stored on the device once downloaded. During an evacuation, coverage is the one thing you cannot count on, and that is exactly when the instruction is needed. Versions are managed centrally, so recipients always get the current one while older versions stay readable. Securdia Mobile complements but does not replace 112 or the local emergency number.
