SecPlaner brings together the most important processes of everyday work in one employee app. Whether on-site or on the go, employees can view their assignments, record working hours, and document important events directly on their Android device. All information remains synchronized with SecPlaner, ensuring that employees and scheduling work are always working with the same up-to-date data. For employees: • View scheduled shifts, locations, and assignment details • Clock in and out online or offline at the work location • Keep track of working hours and time accounts • Conduct scheduled patrols via QR code or NFC • Record log entries and occupational health and safety reports with photos • Manage open shifts, substitutions, and swap requests • Manage absences and training on mobile devices • Securely upload and retrieve personal documents and certificates • Import shifts into the Android calendar • Receive notifications about relevant events • Use passkeys for login and authentication SecPlaner is provided by participating companies for their employees and administrators. Employees perform their daily tasks on mobile devices, while administrators set up, schedule, and evaluate monitoring rounds. An app code and personal login credentials are required for registration. Public registration is not possible.
