Seamless KDS turns an iPad into a kitchen display for your Seamless POS tills. Orders arrive the moment your team sends them, so the kitchen can get on with cooking instead of waiting on a printer or a runner. Every ticket is laid out for a busy pass: order number, table, order type and server across the top, allergens called out clearly, and modifiers, notes and seat numbers under each item. TIMERS THAT SHOW WHAT IS LATE Each ticket counts up from the moment it reaches the kitchen and moves from green to amber to red as it ages, so the oldest order is always the obvious one. Set your own thresholds to suit your kitchen. Tickets that run badly over start to flash, so nothing gets buried at the end of the rail. A TAP TO KEEP THE PASS MOVING Tap an item to show it is on, tap again to strike it through once it is plated. BUMP clears the finished ticket off the rail. Cleared an order too early? The recall menu brings it straight back. A SCREEN FOR EVERY SECTION Stations come from the print routes you have already set up, so a grill screen shows grill items and a starters screen shows starters, with nothing new to configure. Run as many screens as your kitchen needs, each on its own section. THE WHOLE SERVICE AT A GLANCE The all day strip totals every outstanding item across the rail, so you can see there are six burgers to fire without counting your way along the tickets. IT KEEPS GOING WHEN THE BROADBAND DOES NOT Tickets already on screen stay on screen if the connection drops, and everything catches up on its own once it comes back. Seamless KDS is a companion app for Seamless POS and needs an existing Seamless account to sign in.
